VERY IMPORTANT - THE WARM UP ROOM HAS BEEN MOVED INSIDE THE EXPO. WARM UPS WILL BEING AT 8AM NEXT TO THE XPC BOOTH. LIFTING WILL START AT 9AM. YOU WILL NEED A WRIST BAND TO GET INTO THE EXPO BEFORE 10AM. CHOOSE YOUR HANDLER WISELY.

Weigh-ins

All weigh-ins will take place in room A226 in the Columbus convention center this room is located on the upper floor.

 

Thursday Feb 29th Full Power all women & men up to 220 along with 21 deadlift solute lifters will weigh-in at the times below

9am - noon  and 3pm -7pm

 

Friday march 1st Full Power lifters from 221 to SHW along with the Anderson bench bash lifters will weigh-in from

9am - noon 3pm - 7pm

Saturday march 2nd all push- pull and last man standing lifter will weigh-in from

9am - noon. 3pm - 7pm
